Cheques Missed by ICICI bank

Dear sir/madam,

On July 2 I had deposited 7 cheques in the ATM drop box of ICICI bank. I complained this with my account holding bank Suncity Gurgaon on Monday 09. I was told that they would conduct investigation and on July 17, I sent them a written complaint regarding the issue with cheque numbers and all necessary details. I was told verbally that they had not received cheques and they were not in drop box. However, surprisingly one of the 7 cheques got honored on 07/07. The bank says that what proof I have that cheques were deposited. I have not heard or received the communication from them. Due to this I have bust payments of two of my credit cards and now have been levied with late payment fee and interest charges

I have also come to know that ICICI bank does ATM management from third party and they are saying that they are not responsible regarding this.

Please assist they are turning blind eye towards my issues and putting all blame on me.
