I the undersigned Mr Chetan phalak taken housing loan from your firm for residential flat at “10Elite” Kadam-Jagtap Associates pimple gurav Navi Sangvi Pune-27 .

I have already paid my own contribution 7, 06, 400/- to builder & loan sanctioned amount by DHFL was 22, 81, 627/-.

As per agreement by builder your suppose to pay 65% of agreement cost which include my own contribution also resulting in to 12 lacs to the builder as on date, but you have paid 18, 70, 000/- to builder. Why? who will pay interest of excess advance payment done by DHFL to builder.

Please clarify, waiting for positive feedback
