Fake credit card Transaction

Dear sir/madam,

Myself, Chetan. Awhade, my Credit Card no. is 5101 2869 2922 0111, got an call from your side on 23rd june at around 11.30 or 12.00pm when I was in deep sleep from telephone no. 911243992210, Your Executive name was Mr. Mayank, stating that there was two transaction made before the call & it was on line one of Rs. 969 & other was Rs. 921. As I was shocked to hear this, & also I explained him that it is absoluatly rubbish.

For an while it camed in to my mind that some hacker would have done some mischief. After an conversion with mayank, he told me that he is blocking my current card, & a new card would be issued to me. And also your team will trace out the real fact for this transaction.

I just need to ask you that I am totally blank against this issue & moreover I never allows anyone to touch my credit card so there is no point of saying this as my CVV no. is known to anyone.

Pls. look in to the matter as I am of this opinion that whom so ever has made this mischief must be traced and severely punished.

Moreover pls. call as my card is been blocked. I need to keep in relationship with SBI on longer term without any such issues.
