Non-delivery of Consignment

We had booked one consignment, containing bank documents vide C.Note No: K38133357 on 5th January on tracking, we observed that the consignee has not received the documents and it has been dropped in the box to some other places.

Today, on 18/02 they are not giving any positive reply from the booking office or from the office of the destination.

Please locate the documents immediately.
