Dear Team
This is to inform you that the motor insurance documents which are supposed to deliver to customer place are delivered to CHOLA MS without the reason why it is been returned. It is been observed that this is happening for a long while in namakkal location. Just they drop the documents in our office and we send the same to customers for which spent twice. I spoked to Shiva from karur @ 9363216765 who is in charge in karur location. He says that as per his superior's guidance it is been happening. Request your kind intervention and help us to solve the customer issues for not getting the policies. Pls cal me @ 9843860606 for any clarifications.
