Over Due amount FRAUDULENTLY charged - Agreement No X0HEDHE00000368826

Cholamandandlam charged an overdue amount on the Loan Against Property account No X0HEDHE00000368826 about which I had already spoken about the waiver of the same with Abhineet Puri (New Delhi).

The EMI did not hit my account due to the fact that my cheques with Cholamandalam had finished and people in Cholamandalam thought that they still had 1 cheque left for that month in which this charge was levied.

I have been calling them up and writing multiple mails to them but seems like nobody cares...

THIS IS VERY VERY VERY FRUSTRATING BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE WILL NEVER DELAY IN REMINDING ABOUT THE EMI BUT WHEN IT COMES TO RESOLVING ANY ISSUE, THEIR RESPONSE IS EXTREMELY AWFUL AND PATHETIC!!!
