Wrong Processing Fees decucted

I Kaushal Mehta had applied for loan against property and got it disbursed on Dec 24 my Loan Account No is X0HERHE00000442538. My First EMI started on 5-Feb and I was given the money on 25 Jan (well that is not the issue) the issue is Cholamandlam had promised me a life insurance policy from Max New York Life Insurance for which they had already decucted the Single Premium amount of 65, 000 from the loan amount but till date they havnt given me the First Premium Recipt of the policy documents, when been asked contimiously to Mr Tejas Mehta (Branch Incharge of Surat) he has no answer to it and asked to call up their Chennai headoffice.

We are already paying interest for the amount that is not been borrowed by us.
