ECS deduction though paid the final amount

Hi i m Ravleen Sethi i work with TV9 News channel.

My father Mr. Inderjeet Singh sethi took the loan from Cholmandalam DBS Ltd. 5years back and we are the non defaulter in paying ECS to them for our loan amount Rs.100000.

We made the final settlement of the loan amount on 12th April at cholamandalam mumbai office at 502, 5th Floor, Timmy Arcade, Makwana Road, Andheri East, Mumbai -400069

The lady named Ujwala took our cheque & gave us the confirmation receipt on the spot

but these people deducted our money from our bank account through which we used to pay for loan ecs.
