No responce for priclosure of loan

Loan a/c. no.xsegmu00000327895 with cholamandalam investments & finance ltd.

I have taken personal loan 5/7 and now I have to close my loan account with them,

hence I am trying to contact his mumbai office but sorry I am fail to contact them, then

i have try to there channai office but no one is responding to guide me how I can make

the payment and close my loan account, for preclosure of loan account i am ready to pay the penelty of 4% as per their law. Till they are not responding, WHAT I HAVE TO DAY please guide me.
