Baseless Unwanted call in my mobile regarding payment

Dear Sir,

This is to reference of continuous telephonic call in my mobile no- 9011012489 regarding the vehicle loan which is pending as per call from customer care of Chola Mandalam group. Every time I replied that I have not taken any vehicle loan from chola bank. I have also sent a complaints his customer care by mail & subsequently they have replied and apologized the same but again we are continuously receiving the sms for payment. From last one month I have received around 8-9 call from different numbers for the same.

Please look into the matter
