Even payment done they are troubling me

I am having personal loan with cholamandal dbs. I'm paying regularly through cash payment and taking cash recipts.last month (October) i'm unable to pay because of my family problems.i payed pending payment in this month, and requested to give time of 10 days to clear the next payment. They accepted it and taken one month due initially, From next day onwards they started troubling me. They using unparlimentary language and troubling me a lot. If I paying regularly why can't they give time atleast 10days. Please giveme solution of this problem
