Myself Pradeep Agarwal, son of Mr. Kashmiri lal Agarwal and Mrs Shakuntala Agarwal, my phone number is 9015837811. I have filed a health claim for reimbursement under Chola Ms for my mother, my policy number is ibl-gold-001972 and membership number is a408277a/b/c.

But there is no response from their side i gave all the hospital documents to one of their employ mr mantosh kumar (09310244725) even he is not picking up my call. I have called there call center several times they just say its under investigation. I have send emails to them regarding this but still no response.

Also when i went to the indusind bank those who have sold me the particular product say they cannot help, and they also refused to renew my policy saying that the plans have changed and it cannot be renewed.

Please help me and suggest me what to do, feeling helpless.
