Double billed for items

My bank account had been compromised and frozen for use with my debit card. I recieved an email from you stating you were having trouble getting payment for the items I had ordered so I made payment with another credit card. When my checking account was unfrozen, the payment that you had asked for was sent to you from that card as well, making a double payment for moneys owed. I need you to credit my account for the intial perchase with the Chase credit card, as my number for my debit card has changed according to your records and I won't know what that new number is for another week. I trust that you will refund my money asap to the Chase credit card used in the 1st billing.
