False CIBIL Report

Recently i applied for Home loan at ICICI bank. They came back with CIBIL Report which says i have taken Gold loan of Rs. 2 Lacs and some outstanding payment in Credit card. First of all i have not taken any Loan and there is no outstanding payment in my Credit card. I was also shocked to see that the Credit card which is mentioned in CIBIL Report does not belong to me. When i ask CIBIL about this they mentioned me to go their website and complain in On-Line Dispute, when i did this now they are asking me to give details of the report (which is given by them) else i should purchase CIBIL Report. CIBIL person also mentioned it will take 25-30 days time to give feedback

Now i want to ask why i should buy this report without my fault, Why i should wait for this false report, Who will pay for my emotional trauma & why RBI has given authority to CIBIL which has no credentials.
