CIBIL Report Incorrect

I have approached SBI for Home Loan Take Over and now the CIBIL report is showing 783 score. This means I do not have regular payment history. Where as the loans which are listed in the list are closed much before the due dates as part of pre-closures. Still I do have this sort of report.

Can this be addressed immidiately so that I can get away from that bad credit history.

I have all the supporting documents to prove that I have cleared all the loans which are listed under my name.
