Defaulter list

Hi,

I applied for a car loan and surprised to find that there is credit card due shown on my name in cibil for the year 2001. I don't have any idea about the same. I used many 2-3 credit cards during that period and made all the payments.

I would like to know who is going to check the sanctity of the data uploaded in the cibil. As it is open to misuse by bank. At times the bank make mistekes for which a person with good credit record may have to undergo the harassment.

Please suggest what to do.
