Shocked on being declared as defaulte

Sir,

I, Ashok Kumar Koul S/O Sh Janki Nath Koul R/o 360, Lower Laxmi-Nagar, Sarwal Jammu (J&K) having PAN CARD No. ADKPK3206H have applied for the housing loan to Punjab National Bank but same was rejected on the gorunds that I have been declared as defaulter on the reports of CIBIL. The CIBIL has told them that the official as mentioned herein has already taken personal loan and housing loan in 2001 & 2003 respectively which is quite surprising as I have not taken any loan. More over CIBIL has mentioned that the said person is defaulter in credit card also. It is worth to be mentioned that I have not taken any Credit card till date. As such it is quite surprising as what type of information is being provided by CIBIL.

It is therefore, informed that the detailed information in respect of the Loans and from which Bank they have been drawn with all relevant details be provided through the email only so that appropriate action can be taken and the matter can be solved at the earliest.
