Wrong information given by CIBIL

Hi Sir/Madam,

I had applied for home loan in axis bank last month. But they refused it due bad inforamtion given by CIBIL. Then I applied for my credit report in CIBIL. When I see the report it is showing 5 credit card accounts with outstanding amounts, which I never applied . and in CIBIL report credit card no's are also not full, only last 4 digits it is showing. when I called to CIBIL customer care they told me to visit the respective bank and clear the info.

But with only last 4 digits of credit card no how bank can give me the full info.

and why should I go to the banks while these cards are not belong to me. CIBIL only should only clearify the details. Because they or their partner banks only did the mistake then why should a common man have to face such kind of mistakes. When CIBIL only write that in case any false info they are not responsible then why Banks are beleiving it's reports. RBI should do somthing against these irresponsible agencies. Please suggest me wt should I do in this case.
