Non performance and delay in information

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to the notice of your august office that I, Rajeev Bajaj has been corrosponding with CIBIL since last february ref no 151465 regarding the report on my creditibility as I have been shown as a defaulter on my credit card payment (which has already been settled with the respective banks as well as the banks have issued the letters of no dues).

I have requested CIBIL to just send me the information as I have to avail study loan for my only son (he has already lost his first semester due to the delay), but there seems to be no response what so ever regarding the same.

You are kindly requested to help me getting the information as if the required fees is not paid then my son will become over age and will not be able to obtain his degree.
