Please let us know to get out of this monster, This is creating unnecessary problem, Banks charge any amount on the credit cards and if we deny to pay they report us to CIBIL which in independent india is atrocious, This has to be steamlined, and limited to a particular section of the default, if one is not settling the card bill that is not out of fancy, the banks are not being checked for the charges that are leived on the customer instead they are been given a window to continue charging the customers at their will, If a person is defaulter in the credit card section why he shld not be given a personal loan, both are completely different, Please help the citizens of India live free life, please steam line this system as we are bleeding with pain and we dont have a way to stop it.
