CIBIL
WRONG REPORT

When I approached for a loan, the banker told that my name is appearing in the CIBIL report and an amount of Rs.4628/- has been written off. In fact I do not owe any amount to any bank. When I sent an email to CIBIL.quoting the control no.there has been no response, inspite of repeated phone calls and reminders, asking for the details of the bank. It is already over one month since my first mail.

My son's educational loan application is pending with the bank, for want of this CIBIL clearance.

To whom I should complain and what should I do now?
