In order to check my CIBIL Credit Report I registered in CIBIL's website on June and made the payment through online mode, the transaction was successful, but the next step failed with an error message.

I followed up with 'consumerqueries@cibil.com', several times, but haven't received any replies tilldate (August).

I have lost my money, beware before making any transaction with CIBIL.
