Credit report

My name is P.S. Ramesh. I am holding Pan Card No AJSPR5066Q. When I applied for housing loan with SBI they took my cibil credit report. It shown the name of the person and Nilesh Kumar Ramesh Bhai Patel and one Hyderbad address is shown in it which is not related to me at all. That person has taken a lot of personal and other loans. Because of that the Bank is relectuant to given the loan. This is affecting my credit worthiness and this will create a huge problem to me in future. I have filed a complaint with CIBIL in htis regard and they are telling that they will take 45 days time to investigate. That time to too much as I won't be able to get the housing loan which is urgent to me. Please help in this regard.
