Wrong credit report - no action

CIBIL is sending out a credit report in my name with a Rs 6 lakh loan -- that I have never taken.

I have written to them several times but they simply do not respond. Even the telephone is unanswered.

How can I make them rectify the credit report? This is very worrisome, and the report may include more errors in it.
