I am regular user of a credit card, I was using ICICI and City Back Credit cards earlier.

But due to some wrong transactions in my statements, I refused to pay the charges for these transactions.

Generally I keep all the copied of the transaction with me, and after receipt of the Statement I verify it and destroy the slips.

In this case non of the Bank could able to show me the proof of the same, over and above they keep me charging interest on this.

In this scenario both the banks stopped by Credit card services, in the mean time a representative from the ICIC has visited my place, we cleared the account by making payment other than the those which has issues.

But now evener I appy to the credit card of any other bank, and when they check with the authority called CIBIL.

They get report of my name with outstanding balance as defaulter, because of which I am unable to get Credit Cards from other Banks.

My concern is why CIBIL is not black listing these banks also who do not follow the rules and has wrong transactions in the customer's list and uses third party agencies for recovery.
