Wrong entry in Credit Report

RE: Credit report dated 27th Nov, 09, control number-41, 35, 45, 290.

I hv applied for Home loan to and as per them the Credit report they hv recd from CIBIL is showing

some overdue payment of SOME Credit card Amt Rs 35, 176/- as on dated 2nd July which was originated on 8th Dec of Rs 50, 000/-.

But in my Credit Report provided by CIBIL there is NO mention of this.

Even after my several follow up & reminder by email CIBIL is not reverting with clarification & default details & I am unnecssaryliy sufering due to this.

I hv been trying to call CIBIL to seek clarification but it’s impossible to reach them thorugh phone…

What to do??
