Name Reflectin in Cibil

Respected Sir,

I am writing this complaint and expecting a positive response. I had applied for home loan and my application got rejected as my name is reflecting in CIBIL.I had already settled my dues with the credit card company long time back, but still my name is reflecting on that site. If CIBIL is functioning in alliance with other banking and financial organisations its there responsibilty to keep there data updated and not to wait for the respective bankers to update them. I mean checking credit history is justified, however the data should get updated timely. I am requesting please help me to get my name removed from CIBIL.
