Eg-showing even closed loans as active

I ha d applied for home loan from LIC housing finanace and they got my CIBIL report which shows loans which has been foreclosed as still pemnding and also loans taken against my fixed deposits which in no way affects my credit rating as I may pay back or allow it to be settled against my FD.this type of report spoils the impression financial institutes get about individuals.

I think they should have penalty clause for institutes which do not show loan closure reports so that inspite of loan closure we have to run around to clear our name.
