CIBIL
Report Clarification not forthcoming

In their credit report dated 27th Sept. 2010 (member reference 10437162) CIBIL indicates that an amount of Rs. 491948/- has been written of by a Credit card company called "SHAHA". To the best of our knowledge no company by that name exists for issuing credit cards and further we are totally unaware of any loan outstanding either. Despite several written attempts CIBIL fails to respond. For several months we are unable to reach CIBIL on the only phone number 91 -22 6638 4600 given in their website. We live in Chennai so handicapped. Can anyone help?
