Removal of Name in CIBIL Defaulter list

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have made three credit card settlements in the year 2006 & 2007 & also taken the settlement letter from the concerned bank for the same. Recently i have applied for PL but the same was rejected as per the status shown in CIBIL. Apart from the credit card all my other loans are upto date and i am paying them regulary.

If the settlement of accounts are counted as defaulter then these kind of services should me removed from the system which is noting but cheating.

Hence request you to do the needfull / Suggest.
