Wrongly Mentioned Loan Against My Name

R/ Sir,

I have never obtained any loan till today but my name is listed in CIBIL report. I came to know this fact when I contacted Bank Of Maharashtra for receiving Housing loan. my name is wrongly shown in the CIBIL report. It is therefore requested that my name may kindly be deleted from the the list of CIBIL report
