Wrongly Mentioned Loan Against My Name

R/ Sir,

I have been given to understand by Bank Of Maharashtra, where my wife and myself had applied for a

housing loan that there are two loans amounting to Rs.3, 60, 000 each outstanding against my name

1) Property Loan of Rs. 3, 60, 000 which was reported on 31/12.

2) Personal Loan of Rs. 3, 60, 000 which was reported on 30/9.

I wish to state categorically that I have not taken any of the above two loans and these two loans entries

should be deleted immediately from my name.

I wish to add here that I have been financed an amount of Rs.3 lac from Family Credit Bank as Car Loan

on 20/01 and I am paying a monthly an installment amount of Rs.10, 512 since 05/02 and after the payment made by me for March on account of the above only 10 installments are outstanding against the above Car Loan.
