Loan declined

My loan is declined due to my name is in cibil list a loan on two cards for more than Rs 15, 0000.00 but what is the name of bank is not known as it is told to me by the bank to whom I applied.

I want to know the name of the Bank so I can settle if any

Secondly one of my PL is running very successfully from last two yrs without any prob till date. Kindly help me in this regard & remove my name from the cibil report if three is any
