CIBIL REPORT IS INCORRECT

I had taken a sum of Rs.50, 000/- as personal loan only once on 30.8.2005 from Bank of Baroda, K.G. Marg and the same was repaid/closed in Oct.2008. After that I have not taken any loan of Rs.50000/- from any bank.

But I am surprised to know from my CIBIL report that 2 loans are still pending amounting to Rs.3929/- against Rs.50000/- as Business Loan – General and another one amounting to Rs.44102/- against Rs.50000/- as Personal Loan as per my CIBIL report.

In view of the above you are requested to kindly recheck and verify the details of pending loans which are illegally shown in my CIBIL Report.
