Cibil has classified me as a defaulter on the complaint of SBI which was settled long back in 2006. amount is just 29375. i have availed and closed lot of loans after that. i have not cheated any bank but only banks have dissapointed me by their inefficient service. i was informed that even if i paid not settle this amount with SBI, there is no surety that cibil will remove my name from defaulters list. i am a victim of unjustified business practices of this bank for which cibil is a accomplice.what is the remedy iam having.
