Name in the cibil

This is in regards to my Citi Bank credit 5546 3794 53729012 which is closed due to fraud activity done in the year 2008 12/12 for the transaction of Rs.30000/- for the same i had filed a complaint at Andheri police station but case was pending due which Citi Bank was harassing me a lot for the payment. I request to Citi Bank that charges was not done by me I'm not going to make any payment for the same later on I had complaint to National Consumer Help Line and then I got a call from Citi Bank asking that I had lodged a complain to NCHL due to which they responded to my complaint and they were ready to reverse all the charges and late fees which was accumalated on the my credit card I was happy that my name will not be there in cibil and everything will be clear. My main concern was about cibil because i know that i was in need of laon and finally when I had applied for the loan through several banks in the month of June I came to know that my name is been highlited in the cibil and my scores are bad due to which I'm not eligible to any kind of laon this has created a lot of problem in my life where in I'm in urgent need of loan..

Can I get any help from Indian Consumer Forum. b'cause that was not my fault I had done all necessay things which was possible by me..
