Unable to place a request for new credit card

Hi I have an salary account in CITI Bank, Hyderabad branch (A/C No. 5163509557) and I was using a credit card. One month ago my credit card was lost somewhere in Bangalore. I called to CITI bank customer care and told them to block my card, They blocked my card and when I Request them for a new credit card, thy told me to sent an application letter to CITI bank Chennai branch. I have sent them all documents, after some time I got a call from CITI bank Chennai branch verification team that they are not able to process because I am calling them from a different no (I got transferred from Hyderabad to Bangalore so I was using a new ph. no.). They suggested me to go to CITI bank bangalore branch and submit my docs. there, but when I go to CITI bank Bangalore branch the branch manager talked me rudely and sent me back by telling that she can't do anything and I have to send my docs. to Chennai only. I again send all docs. to Chennai branch . and today I got a call from CITI bank Chennai branch verification team that are not able to process any application.

Now I am not able to view and pay my credit card bills because it is in blocked status. No one is listening to me in CITI bank and they all are just trying to transfer their responsibility to someone other. As I am not able to pay bills they are also charging me tax on that.

Please help me, as I got frustrated (mentally and physically) by calling them again and again and going to their branch and sending them courier.
