This is with regard to my ready credit amount which i have taken from citibank of 30000 and also payed them the complete amount but due to some reason now i am missing that letter from the bank... and after keeping quite all of a sudden they are asking me to pay them a sum of 50, 000 as full and final settlement, i said that i have already paid the amount then how did that increased also they have sent a notice to my hometown and everydy they are calling me and giving me mental harrashment to repay the amount or else they will book a complain against me... giving up everything i told them that not to harras my parents regarding the same or me... and i told them that see i dont want to argue with you guys and the only way i would pay is through emi and i do not have other alternative... but the bank dont listen to me and keep threatning me all the time... please advise
