Due to unavoidable circumstances i have settled my citibank card dues in the year but still the cibil reprot says i am defaulter and my credit card loan has been written off. I have got the citibank card settlement letter with me. spoke to citibank customer care to update this, NO RESPONSE from them. How to clear this?? I am unable to get any loans in any banks, Suggest me to clear this.
