I have been using CITIBANK Credit card since last ten years without any problem. Since October, I have been facing serious problem with Citibank Credit Card. The problem is after providing all datas for rail / air tickets through online, error occurs while processing the credit card through the VERIFIED BY VISA programme. For example from 5-1 to 7-1, I tried to book 5 air tickets through Spicejet & Makemytrip for MORE THAN 10 TIMES, but always the same answer appeared on the screen., which is attached herewith.
Kindly help me to overcome this problem OR help me to cancel my card immediately as while contacting citibank on phone they are not responding, only recorded messages are flashed.
Kindly treat this as very urgent.
