Unethical visits by recovery agents

Issue of loan on my address to unknown personnel without verifying with me although i am a existing customer having more than 15 years relationship with bank and my address registered with the bank since the purcahse of this flat since 2001. I am also personally styaing in this flat since then and all my relationships with the bank (credit cards 03 nos, Personal Loan 02 nos- 01 recently preclosed) are registered with this address as owned by me.

This fact has come to light when recently recovery agents started visiting my flat as the said person has defaulted payments. I have been defamed in my society for no reason ata ll and although all my accounts stand clear as on date.

This has increased the mental stress leading to high BP and cardiac problems.

tried contacting bank personnel including Citicorps but nobody wants to even take the complaint. Now need to take this up leagaly and demand compensation.
