Harassment & Non-settlement of Personal Loan

Sub: Personal Loan- LCA-TGR-4543806

This has referred to above subject line. I have sended them scanned copy of the Yr.2006 settlement letter (last part amounting rs 1260/-, they have not collected) but they are reluctant to accept it since they have told that payment was not made at their Terms, although they have collected money against it and left that last instalment intentionally for non settling the issue.

Now one point of time they have asked rs 8000/ to settle the issue but when I have agreed to pay and close the issue they are asking rs 15000/ suddenly.

By this way theyare dragging the issue and harassing me and my family (my old aged mother) using different abusive languages.

Please intervene.
