Harassment by recovery agent

Dear Sir,

My parents are being regularly harassed over telephone by city bank collection agents for a loan taken by somebody, where our residence phone nos are used. Now we do not have any control if some body uses our number in his loan application as his contact number.

The bank agents uses very rude and dirty languages including murder threats. My parents are both above 60 and cardiac patients and they are very scared by this. I once tried to politely explain the mater to he caller, a dirty mouthed lady, who only replied with more dirty language and threatened to murder me also. All calls are made from a number (033) 30100833.

Can you please let me know what cations can be taken to stop this nuisance.
