Hi,
I'm want to file a complaint againt Citibank as I received a call from one of the representative stating that I'm qualified to increase my credit- card limit but I was busy so I called the customer care after 2-3 days asking them to increase my credit limit but they stated that I'm not eligible and when questioned on speaking with a supervisor was placed on hold and then transfer to a supervisor and I was not happy with the service provided so I asked to speak to a Manager who can assist me on the same and after a very long hold of around 10-15 minutes the supervisor said the manger will call back within 2 days (48 hours), I mentioned that the manager needs to call me b/w 10AM - 3PM but I never received a call from the manager even after a months time. I have wasted money calling the customer care as I didn't receive any response even after being on the phone for close to 2 hours. I need the bank to componsate for their mistake as I was under mental stress for the time I was on call with the contact center people and waiting for a call from the Manager for an answer. Please do the needful by helping me and all the other customers who are taking for a ride by the bank.
