Wrong statement

I have been speaking to your customer care. I would like to bring to your notice that I had sent a DD for Rs 15, 122.DD.No:061988 taken on 27th May. It was sent on 29th May. The DD was taken on Central Bank of India, Kotagiri. Your statement show that only Rs 5122 was paid. I am very clear about it that I have sent a DD for Rs 15, 122 being the full amount. Kindly check out with your bank and clarify at the earliest.
