Creating debit on my closed account

Hi my citibank ATM/debit card no was 5081592267280904. It was salaried account opened by my last company so i close this account as in my new company they have opened account in hdfc bank. The process which I follow to close the account was told by citi bank customer care execute which was to withdraw all amount from bank and give a application to branch of citibank. I followed the all process. Now i got a sms message on my mobile showing debit Rupees 269. I want to know how they canput debit for a closed account in terms of maintenance after 6 months as i am not using this account from last six months. Due to this kind of poor service of citibank I am very disappointed because with this kind of behavior they are disappointing they previous customer.
