Dear Team

i got my money which was held by Citi bank, mumbai branch for 20 days from 19/10 to 9/11.

The bank held the money despite there was discrepancy between the beneficiary name and account no.

During the period i did calls worth rs 250/- interest loss of 20days and suffered mental turmoil.

So, i request you to please remit the money (250/- interest as per banking norms)
