Hi,

I m putting this complaint citi bank as on sept 16 i recieved my citi bank credit card statement for RS32657.59 n was shocked to see that. I called up customer service n got to know that theu have added the interest rate on the fresh purchases as well wherein i have been told that there will be no ineterest on the same when applied.

Requested to cancel the card n has been told that they will arrange a call from retention team in an hour but nothing happened. when called back got to know that request has not been raised.
