Dishonour of my credit card

Utmost humilation that i faced today at around 3 p.m. at HP PETROL STATION at SECTOR -22, OPP.HOTEL AROMA'CHANDIGARH when i filled my car with fuel full tank, i was informed by staff that my card has not been honoured and was hence returned to me in front of so many customers. I immidiately paid the cash of Rs.2200/-and left the place dejected, depressed and humilated. I am extremely pained to say that inspite of my credit limit and clearance of all bills my card was dishonoured. May i know the reason.

Further please note that i am not at all going to use your card. I severe all my old relations because i am deeply hurt. I am a respectable person holding managerial post in a nationalised bank.

I am extremely sorry for such type of treatment.

Kindly cancel my card immidiately and intimate me immediately as carrying along with your credit card is a useless exercise
