Citi Bank Credit Card
Applicaion reject for credit Card

I had applied for credit card of Citi bank looking into the benefit and saving on Petrol cost. But bank rejected my application.

Comments from bank are " Date :09-17 18:36:02.0Ref no :10091685437 (Please mention this in all correspondence) Dear Thank you for your application for a INDIANOIL CITIBANK TITANIUM CREDIT CARD We have reviewed your application. We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to approve your application for a Citibank Card, as feedback from Credit Bureau of India Ltd (CIBIL) does not meet our minimum credit criteria. Please note this does not mean negative credit feedback."

Please help me to know the reson.
